Lily Pearl is one of the deinstitutionalized mentally ill homeless living on the streets. All that she owns is piled into her shopping cart filled with precious finds from rummaging the left behinds of others. Her prized possession, a feather cloche hat helps her to see her crumbled world through a dimension that is her own.
