The basis for this episode and the opening quote come from "Bluebeard."

The name of the goat-like Wesen man is 'Billy Capra', "Capra" is the name for the taxonomy group that contains all species of goats; Billy is a term used to describe male goats. "Capra" is the Italian term for "goat". The name of the character "Billy Capra" would therefore translate "Billygoat"

The waterfall in this episode is the Multnomah Falls, located east of the Portland metro area along I-84.

Monroe drives a yellow VW Beetle in this episode. The main character of 'Once Upon a Time' Emma Swan famously drives a yellow VW Beetle. Both 'Grimm' and 'Once Upon a Time' are based on fairytales.

The license plate of Billy Capra's car is 286 OAT (GOAT).

The Bramble Haus is really The Lion and the Rose B&B in Portland, Oregon

In the Bramble Haus garden, Capra says the red eyed, green bodied amphibians are endangered toads. They are actually Red Eyed Tree Frogs, native to southern Mexico and Central America. They cost about $30 a pair at most pet stores

A woman flees from a building and is hit by a car while crossing a nearby bridge. The driver calls 911 and a stranger kills the woman. Nick and Hank investigate the case, identifies the woman, Faith Collins, and the coroner tells them that she was murdered by asphyxiation. They find a picture in her social network page of a bed and breakfast place named Bramble Haus close to the bridge.

Nick and Hank goes to the place and the owner Billy Capra explains that Faith had been there but did not stay there. When Hank accidentally steps on a toad, Nick sees his face changing and soon he realizes that Billy is a Ziegevolk. When Billy goes to the Blue Moon Bar, Hank investigates the house while Nick asks Monroe to help him again.

"Lonelyhearts" is an episode with an irresistible creature, a sort of Don Juan that seduces women and keep them in cages in the basement of his inn. Although the intention of the Ziegevolk is not clear, it may be probably to have sex with them. My vote is seven.
