If the tube is the heart of London, the local train train is the life-line of Mumbai. The estimated population of Mumbai today is almost 12.5 million, which is increasing by the minute. Overcrowding has taken a toll on the local train which is the lifeline of the city. Vacancy tries to explore this aspect of the overgrowing population of the city through a young aspirant, Durgesh Kumar's efforts to grab a much coveted seat in a one of a kind interview.
