The Boss is actually writer, kidnap victim and director Ronnie Marmo's real life daughter.
This was made as part of a fundraiser for renovations to Theatre 68's new home, where Marmo is Artistic Director. 68 took over the famed Antaeus space in North Hollywood in 2016.
The cast are all Theatre 68 members. in fact producer/68 member Elizabeth Izzo is also the producer, writer and star of Actress.
