What I liked most about this film was the irony. The irony of the title combined with the opportunistic nature of all the characters -- the wealthy business owner, the spoiled daughter, the greedy middle-management ladder climber, the corrupt united nations worker -- and it goes on and on. I think the message of the film is that everyone is a "Capitalist" because a capitalist is nothing more than an opportunist.

I enjoyed the violence -- and I enjoyed the originality of the violence. My favorite thing about this film however is that it probably has the coolest hit-man scene ever.

The dialogue, the characters, the story -- the themes, they're all great. I wholeheartedly recommend this film

I really liked the cinematography in this film, the lighting was also great, clean sound. I liked the choice of shooting the film in black and white, I think it worked stylistically. I also liked the costume design. A lot of slacks, suits, jackets and dresses, kind of vintage bougeousie 70s style I felt like.

Another thing I really enjoyed were the performances. I thought the main character, James Stein was great and I especially enjoyed watching Max Boldman and Anderson Hamasham.

Watching these characters in action was really entertaining.

My favorite scene in the film however is definitely the sex scene, it is the most pathetic thing ever.

You've got an incredible array of characters here. You've got a gold digging man prostitute posing as middle management, a sick megalomaniac who owns a giant corporation, his spoiled brat of a daughter and a nerd that becomes a serial killer who is humiliated and made to test his ethics and morals throughout the film.

The dialogue is brilliant, how characters get around what they're really trying to say but you can tell what they're saying anyway, and the destructiveness of the lies and the scheming is really cool the way it all fits together so unpredictably.

Really recommend this title.

I had some issues with timing and pacing in regards to this film. I feel like I would've liked to see more of certain things and that some things dragged on for a little. It had some funny moments and there were a lot of interesting illusions made to other films and certain aspects of our society I feel like which I liked. It felt like a combination of Tarantino and Kubrick's styles -- kind of the dry dialogue heavy, edgy thing going on and then the psychological, social commentary on human nature that Kubrick was so good at. I liked the characters a lot. I thought James Stein was ridiculous. I also liked Hamasham and Boldman, they were psychos. A lot of nutty characters involved here, they're real merciless and fun to watch. If there was a little more action and the scenes were a bit shorter I think it'd be perfect, but worth watching nonetheless.

Really enjoyed the film, it was very, very dark, which I'm not sure most audiences can handle. A couple of things going on here that I especially enjoyed, number one is what I took away as the message of the film, which is about corruption -- but the message is delivered in a very un- politically correct, incredibly ruthless, unapologetic way. Kind of reminds me of the whole, power does not corrupt absolutely, power simply gives people the opportunity to show how corrupt they've always been type of thing. A lot of subtext, a lot going on in between the lines here, some great writing. I get the feeling this will go over most people's heads. But very funny and very poignant.
