Something went very wrong on the Quiet Remora. The death-toll, and blood-soaked interior of the space shuttle speak for themselves. However, due to massive damage the vehicle's hard-drive sustained in the landing, NATO teams were unable to pull any video footage. As of now, we have only this film; a document compiled from interviews with the three survivors, a witness, still photographs and a few damaged voice recordings. Hopefully, it can answer the question we are all asking: What happened up there?
