Ganitorian Chronicles: Gallaca Online
When Earth is attacked by an alien enemy known as the Endeth, James Manov loses everything, watching his wife be killed and his daughter abducted by the aliens. Years later, he is assigned to help rebuild society on a replacement planet for mankind although in a chain of events, he is lead to the discovery that his daughter is still alive. Now, he will do anything to save her from the enemy but doing so could put the entire human population at risk.
Creator, Daniel Bucknell started writing Ganitorian Chronicles as a book series before the idea for the film ever came about although he thought that the books would not provide enough detail necessary so he began working on the script.
Gallaca was not the first story creator Daniel Bucknell wrote in the Ganitorian Chronicles. In fact, Gallaca is part of a series that he chose to begin with as it best suited a beginning for a film where it did not work in the original concept for the unpublished books. Daniel began by writing what would now be a prequel to Gallaca although no further information has been confirmed.
