Myrtle mentions the foul stench in the all boys academy makes Bourbon Street smell like Chanel #5. Ryan Murphy created Scream Queens where Emma Roberts character plays Chanel Oberlin who has "minions" named the Chanel's. Billie Lourde starred along side as Chanel #2. Whoah... I did not expect this to be so AMAZING!!! This was an incredible episode! The crossover has continued on from episode 3 perfectly and is neither rushed nor forced all that much. Loved seeing all the characters again and several throwbacks to previously cherished seasons and themes. Wow just wow!!!

It wouldn't be an overstatement to say this episode was one of the best I've ever watched on AHS! Finally, the anticipated episode arrived and everyone's thirst for the crossover was literally quenched. We got to see Ms. Meade's past, Madison's wittiness, pre apocalyptic scenes, the male version of Coven, performance of the new characters, Taissa's comeback, Hotel Cortez!!!, Mr. March and Queenie, and least but not least, Chanel #5's being mentioned! (Scream Queens is still alive!!) However, it would've been great if Michael had spared a thought for Misty Day too and Cordelia hadn't fainted, which isn't so bad after all, because I suspect Madison would've gotten the chance to say her "Surprise" line again... All in all, it was such an extraordinary episode. Some of our questions were answered and undoubtedly, new ones were arisen. We'll have to wait to figure out how this Alpha vs Supreme thing will work out.

Wow this new season is getting more better and better. I just cannot believe that we actually went back to the "Hotel Cortez". And Venable was not kidding about "Outpost 3" being an Exclusive Boys School back then. And I was so upset that when Cordelia saw Michael, Madison, and Quennie walking all together she fainted. And I'm so glad that Cheyenne Jackson is back. And I seemed so shocked that when Michael was testing his powers he almost killed all the council members, and maybe it was because Michael's Antichrist powers were taking over him.

Brilliant writing. I love how they managed to connect the story to previous seasons as well as answering our questions about Madison and Queenie's re-appearance within a 1 hour limit. The Warlock story was intriguing and the history of Micheal Langdon is fascinating and frightening.

That episode is one of the best of the whole show. A lot cross-over takes place. That kind of episodes we were missing for a lot time!

I was quite confused whether the narrative of the 8th season was going to play out nicely, but it surely exceeded my expectations. In the beginning, i thought the storyline was going to focus solely on the lives of outpost3's "inhabitants" and that, in my opinion, was going to be disastrous and dull. Instead, this episode presents quite remarkable references and connections to previous seasons, while also giving some explanations for the viewers who were left with plot holes in preceding episodes. (of course there are a lot of unanswered questions but i already see where this is going).

A good episode that connect many of the previous season. Some of the new actors this episode was also very good, witch made everything even better. The only thing i Am missing so far is the actual horror. I mean «American horror story» should contain some horror but so i have just gotten this dark fantasy vibe. I still love it ofcourse but i hope it grows more gory and spooky like previous seasons.

It was a really good episode. I'm loving that they're connecting all the seasons - Murder House, Coven, Hotel, and considering the mention of Trump in the first episode it also has Cult. I'm loving that. I'm loving that the crossovers weren't rushed nor has it felt forced. But what was surprising was the new light they shined onto the Coven witches...

They're very prejudice towards men and warlocks. Which was surprising seeing how Cordelia was never shown to be like that. Towards anyone really. I dunno... I didn't really like that. Otherwise really good episode.

I really wasn't feeling this season at first. Especially because of the way they decided to introduce this storyline. I didn't mind the apocalypse happening but the whole old school outpost, lack of story background and bad acting was just too much going on for me. I feel like they wasted 4 episodes to get to the best part of the show. Now that the witches are here, everything just makes sense. They explained so much. This episode was so well written. I really hope the rest of the season is this strong. This was by far the best episode that American Horror Story has ever created in my opinion. It explained so much. The murder house and hotel Cortez are controlled by satan. Hence, why Michael Langdon can resurrect Queenie. (So glad she is back, that's my girl.) And the warlocks thought he was the Alpha warlock but naw he just the all mighty antichrist. My theory is the witches will have to go back to Michael Langdons birthplace to destroy him! But I'm here for wherever this story goes!

I am SUPREMELY disappointed (see what I did there?) by how the first three episodes of the season have been trashed. The whole point of AHS and its popularity is that these actors are talented enough to play new characters every season. Completely unique themes and story lines centered around Violence, Sex, and the unexplained.

So instead of the near limitless storyline possibilities of a post apocalyptic america, promised at the beginning of the season, we get expositional flashbacks of a wizard prep school?

Coven was the worst of all 8 seasons. I seriously question how the show can move forward after this.

This episode was just brilliant! The crossover with the witches and Coven was awesome but the connection to Hotel and The Cortez was so unexpected and really worked so well with the story. I love Madison and all her sarcasm and i am so pleased this episode seemed to lead on from the last and make the connections even stronger!! So excited for next week!!

Last nigh's episode was The Craft meets Harry Potter meets The Exorcist. It's Witches v Warlocks now? We know from Coven and Cult, the women always win. No way given how characters and plots have played out during AHS's run is Ryan Murphy going to have a battle of the sexes and the the men win. I'll wager a Coke Mallory becomes the new Supreme at the end of the series as she defeats Michael, warlock supreme, and the witches start a new utopia with them in charge.

In my opinion, American Horror Story stopped being good after season 3. Each season after Coven was bland and boring. This season however, has been surprisingly great. With this episode being possibly one of the best of the entire series yet.

I think the character of Michael is the most interesting we have had since Jessica Lange's character in season 3. He is mysterious, creepy, intimidating and performed wonderfully by Cody Fern. This episode also tied in the previous seasons, which I really liked. It was great seeing the characters from Coven turn up, as in my opinion, that season had some of the most interesting characters out of all.

I also loved the reverse sexism in this episode. Most TV shows are always painting men as being vile bigots, but this time around it's the women that are treating the men like trash.

From the cinematography, to the direction and soundtrack, this episode was brilliant. I hope the next episodes are even better. After the uttery dreadful season last year, this one seems like a return to form. And I've got my fingers crossed that Jessica Lange turns up later.

9.6/10

It feels like season changes course every few minutes, is it supposed to be a sequel to Coven? Can we go back to when this show was an anthology? Still no explanation as to how Myrtle is alive, screw continuity I guess? Speaking of, her random comments feel so out of place unneeded-it was kind of sad. Disappointed Venable had to die since she was the thing I liked the most about this season. Paulson in a powerful serious role was great and I really wanted to know more of her backstory. Kathy Bates' character is a joke. Horrible edgy dialogue reminiscent of something I would've written in high school. Still not entirely sure why her character's here in the first place. The worst part of this one was the male coven. I just can't take the flaming characters seriously, especially Billy Porter, who was the absolute worst actor in the entire series thus far, and Cheyenne Jackson was so much better in hotel.

The one thing I liked again was the really solid ending, it just proves how great the series can be, I just wish the entire episode had that consistent quality.

Ok the reason why I am probably not having the same reaction as everyone else that this is one of the best episodes in AHS is that I haven't seen all the seasons so like I'm not sure if I truly understand the hole thing going on with the witches. That being said the episode was still really good plot wise. I mean it wasn't great but it was good but I have to say I wasn't scared or really disturbed in this episode. My guess that it is bluing things up.

They copied the scene in jail from Half-Blood Prince, Dumbledore and Tom Riddle's meeting.

So, after all of the cliffhangers left at Episode 3, we finally get are episode of witches and..wow. Not only is Could It Be..Satan one of the best episodes in AHS history, but could this be the sign of AHS ultimately returning to old S1 & S2 formulas. I dont really know if you noticed, but did you ever think that Murder House ans Asylum held a great distance away from the other seasons, if it was the style or casting choices or something, but it had a completely different feel, then Coven, Freak Show, Hotel, Ronaoke and Cult had their own modern era theme and then, all i can say is that Apocalypse feels way to much like S1 and S2, which is a great thing, as they are the two best seasons out there. So far, Apocalypse is my fourth favourite season, so lets hope it stays there and Season 9 and on can be more like this!!
