Ridge and Brooke make love in Ridge's office, partly as a distraction from all the turmoil at the company. Some unknown insider has stolen all the latest Forrester designs and given them to Nick Marone and Jackie Marone's company, Jackie M. Designs. Ridge leaves briefly, promising to come back in a few moments. Brooke waits for him in a negligee; but Stephanie walks in. "Why do you always have to come in here when I'm in my underwear?" Brooke asks. Later, Ridge returns, and a discussion begins about the company saboteur. When Ridge and Stephanie are alone, they voice their mutual suspicion: the culprit is Rick. And they're right. Rick has just confessed to Eric; and now Eric is doing what he can to cover it all up so that Rick can stay by his side at the company. He calls Nick and requests a meeting with him on the Forrester jet.
