Melbourne, les courses: présentation du vainqueur (1896)

The camera is set up outside a stable. The door opens and out walks a horse, the jockey and another man. The jockey gets on the horse and the other man leads them around in a small circle. I must admit that the Lumiere films I've seen that they shot in Melbourne weren't all that interesting to say the least. This here certainly wasn't the worst of the lot but at the same time there's not too much going on here. I guess horse lovers will enjoy seeing that but there's really not much interesting footage to be had here. If you're a fan of these actuality movies then you might want to check it out but you certainly won't get much from it.
