Genevieve has won a holiday for four in Lanzarote but is unable to use the tickets and gives them to Maggie. With Christmas coming up Maggie thinks it would be a nice idea to take the holiday with her children,parents,Phil and Paul but Paul backs out,saying that he is not into beach holidays,and it looks as if he will be returning to Paula. At the airport the family's flight is delayed so Eric wanders off to look at some aeroplanes. However he gets lost and,by the time he is found, the family have missed their flight.
