An older Japanese man tends to his convenience store when a group of thugs harass him. He tries to join their break-dancing and rapping gang.

Saruwatari, an older Japanese man, has just lost his wife and must now run his store and live alone. While looking for new friends, he encounters a group of rapping and break-dancing street thugs, who steal from him and make fun of his traditional clothes. To win their acceptance, he emulates them and tries to gain their respect. The thugs admit him into their street gang, but the ghost of his dead wife appears to disapprove of Saruwatari's new friends.
