As Zara returns to work Ayesha meets old friend Jake Ashby, who has pancreatic cancer but is keeping it from his wife Gaby to protect her. Gaby, however, misinterprets his secrecy as infidelity and wants a divorce and Ayesha risks her job to save the marriage by disclosing the truth.
