Bimbo is a little boy and after resisting, heads off to school. The teacher is doing his best, but it is to little avail. Bimbo is a constant problem. At one point he goes into the hall and meets little dog eared, child Betty Boop. He tries to impress her. This one is relatively lightweight with very few creative moments.
