Director Roy Karch takes an unusual "conceived by" credit, but merely gives birth to a mediocre Penthouse vignettes DVD.

Kristina Rose and Angie Savage, hiding behind masks, play the red-latex outfitted hostesses of this boring show, admitting folks to the manor to have sex. Despite the attempt at style and atmosphere, it's no more than a gussied up hot-sheets motel.

Best sex scene features Fetish icon Satine Phoenix, looking terrific in her mask and strange gear, humping away in hetero style rather than her usual Sapphic approach. Finale predictably has Rose & Savage shedding their tight-fitting trappings for lesbian bliss together.
