"The House-Fly Guest": The evil Tibetan wizard, Doctor Goo Fee, promises his faithful servant, Gung Ho, his throne if only he'll capture Fearless Fly. "Fortune Kooky": A Chinese astrologer declares the New Year the Year of the Fox. He honors Muggy-Do, Boy Fox, with a Ming coat, but a couple of disreputable Chinese men want to steal it from him. "Goon Platoon": Milton, Heebie and Jeebie are inducted into the army.
