Ellen Okotume has come from Nigeria to stay with son Chukka, his wife Joy and their baby Lawrence but clashes with Joy over the child's upbringing. At Ellen's instigation Lawrence is circumcised but when the child starts bleeding Joy, backed by Kevin, makes Chukka see that mother does not always know best.
