The episode's original title was to be "Sicily", suggesting that that was the location of Albert Zembra's heroin-smuggling operation. This explains why most of the extras who portray Zembra's henchmen at his estate are attired in fedoras.

Per the title, in baseball the squeeze play is a maneuver consisting of a sacrifice bunt with a runner on third base.

Light out of Fildon

That's not so usual that our MI team has to fight against the mob, the syndicate; although maybe not the first time either. Anyway, that changes from the recurrent Behind the Iron Curtain missions. Besides this, nothing really exceptional here. But the Syndicate has a real face: the Sicilian connection, and not only an obscure faceless organization.
