Getting Even (1981) Online

FANTASTIC FILM - small cast picture with talented actors, especially Kate Zentall who plays the frantic artist under the gun. She reminds me of a female woody allen, constantly nervous. Two 'losers' decide to take on a bank thats treated them badly. The nervous energy in the film is great and if this film was to be remade it would probably bomb at the box-office. The Amateur quality is endearing and its one of those films you'll want to see again a year later. When so much pap is being pumped out by Hollywood multi-million budget films. This reminds the viewer that money does not equate to a really good viewing experience. The running time of the film is unusual at about 53 minutes - Find it and watch it. A must see.

This fiction film really plucked the strings of my heart. in addition, it is quite uproarious. A TRUE CINEMATIC ACHIEVEMENT. this film scream, "CITIZEN KANE, BITE ME!" long live the luffa and this film.
