May I just say that I liked the Pokemon Anime for only one reason the battles however, the quality of the battles in this end series has minimum quality and less of common sense like when Ash battled Wulfric for the final gym badge he lost because he used a Greninja against a Mega Abomasnow like come on I saw it he had a Noivern waiting but no he had to use Greninnja but lost and while Ash got depressed, Serena came and tried to make things worse by constantly being annoying not to mention was Shauna, Tierno, and Trevor that needed in the anime I mean they were annoying in the games and they were annoying in the anime and also one thing I had the most was the semi finals, The battle was set against Ash Greninja and Mega Charizard X but guess what Ash Greninja got one shot from a blast burn which had decent accuracy and Greninja had a 5 second head start two dodge it not to mention the series itself ended up raw, Lysandre states that Greninja can mega evolve without a keystone and come on Ash Greninja can have that form when Ash/Trainer bonds with Greninja and then comes world domination thanks to Lysandre and he states that only the chosen ones get to stay and that defeats the purpose who were the chosen ones? but eventually at the end it turns back to normal and I want to point out a few things that got the fanbase fired up when people saw Ash and Serena kiss at the airport that got the amourshippers to continue this whole relationship thing even though sun and moon is out already so I'm just gonna say right of the bat that I don't think the end of xy was good but there were definitely other series that were not good either

This show was the best way to end on cartoon network this Pokemon series is the best there is showing emotions having characters with great personality having deep dark emotional moments it's almost made me cry this is my favorite one of all time the one and only Pokemon series where they made something more unique more stylize more adventurous something you wish you could be in it and this is why it has the most effort that Nintendo actually did I'm thankful that they made this I'm thankful that this series inspire other Pokemon fans before saying their final goodbyes for being on cartoon Network you hear that critics and Christina miller it's the reason why no matter what I'll always get back up and try again no matter how risky the challenges can get

Pokémon XYZ was highly anticipated by the fandom. With the first episode, I had really high hopes. Although the XY arc isn't the best, XYZ proved me wrong. However, this is when the season starts to fail. You see, Pokémon has way more episodes than The Simpsons, (which premiered in 1989, Pokémon premiered in 1997), so some episodes may get stale. This includes filler episodes, which I've always despised. I was relieved when they removed Pokémon Contests, which were just a waste of time. But when they decided to bring them back as Showcases, I was furious. Another major flaw is that Ash finally got to the finals of the Pokémon league, only for his Greninja to lose against a Charizard. And mind you, his Greninja took down a Sceptile and could stand Thunder Punches. Greninja clearly had the upper hand with his giant shuriken, but Charizard tanked him. This was when the series started to go downhill. And after Team Flare was defeated, Ash decided to release his Greninja. That was the final nail in the coffin. So, Pokémon XYZ was good, until the writers decided to troll the fandom.
