Upon seeing Matt in costume for the first time, Jessica says "Nice ears". This is a reference to the resemblance between Daredevil's horned cowl and Batman's, which has bat ears.
Stick tells the team to hide in the sewers is a nod to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The original comics share an Origin Story with Daredevil saving a blind man, Stick and the Hand.
