When Ryker and his gang of outlaws steals and army tank and robs a series of banks along the Mexican border, the bank president hires Hank and Johnny to recover the money, return the tank to the U.S. government and put Ryker and his men out of business permanently. Hank's plan quickly falls apart when his Stutz Bearcat is stolen by the bandits.
