One of our finest, quite tired, lays down for a rest. Being too hot, he takes off his coat. A tramp seeing his chance for a little fun, dons the policeman's coat, takes his helmet and club and sails forth. He is policeman for an hour and has an all-around good time until he is discovered. He is now laid up for repairs.
