At the very end, Sophie Lane can be seen reading a book from the Left Behind series (leftbehind.com). Janaya Stephens, who plays Sophie Lane, had a leading role in all three Left Behind film adaptations, Left Behind (2000), Left Behind II: Tribulation Force (2002), and Left Behind III: World at War (2005).

The house where the Chilean maids were living was supposed to be in North York but was actually on Withrow Avenue in Toronto. And in a slight 'oops', the final scene where Ed Lane relaxes in a hammock was filmed in the back yard of that same house.

In this episode SGT. Gregory Parker states that seeing his son in Dallas is " 12 years overdue " but yet in First In Line (the second episode of season 1) he says that it has been10 years that he hasn't seen his son.
