Tommy Shaw is a troubled young schizophrenic. His father and sister, Charlene, were killed when he was a young boy and his mother, unable to deal with her daughter's death, dresses her son in dresses in an effort to resurrect her dead daughter. Tommy's mother becomes ill and dies when Tommy is an adult, and to cope with the anger of his mother dying a natural death rather than he being able to kill her, his deceased sister "takes over" his body and begins to murder elderly women by strangulation with a chain. He keeps a secret apartment that his live-in girlfriend does not know about, where he keeps dresses and wigs to prowl the streets at night to find his victims under the disguise of Charlene. To "show" his deceased mother that he has killed "her" again, he collects their credit cards and leaves them on a display for his dead mother to "see". His girlfriend, Evie, becomes weary of where he is spending his nights and weekends when he claims he is working out at the gym or hiking. So...
