This show is a very good introduction to the world of cruising and sailing as a way of life. It is designed along the lines of the popular magazine Latitudes & Attitudes. It shows places to cruise, how to set up a vessel for long distance cruising and a lot more for people who are considering cruising as a way of life.

Included in the half hour show are segments on where the best places are to sail for exploring or for relaxation, as well as segments on what it is actually like once you cut the dock-lines and set sail on a cruise. The show is filmed all over the world and includes close looks at the most popular cruising grounds, like the BVI's, Tonga and the Mediteranean Sea.

The "Attitudes" segment at the end of each show gives you an insight into the lifestyle itself, with a close look at what happens once you do "set Sail".

The show gives you some good travel locations and exposes the sea fairing life style to sailors and non sailors alike. I catch the show on R&R T.V. via cable T.V. It is an enjoyable half hour and Courtney gets better every week! The travel is world wide and the Host sails from one exotic local to another. Even if you do not sail you will see many locations you might want to travel to someday. Many of the local customs, hotels, and dinning spots are reviewed during the show. Maintenance of boats is another topic the show reviews, with new products to make boat ownership less work. I think we would all own boats if we could find a way to make them maintenance free.
