This is a very over the top, badly acted, overly theatrical production. No moment is spared the hammy excess of the cast, but special mention goes to Patrick Cargill who gives new meaning to the term 'awful actor'. The plot, if you can be bothered, has Cargill's character having to pretend to marry Judi Dench's character in order to receive money from his godfather. Billed as a comedy, this may be worth a watch if you find the word joke mispronounced as yoke amusing.
