WWE SmackDown! Shut Your Mouth (2002) Online

I really think this game came out to be wonderful. It has lots of hidden things, and gives you the ability to create WWE superstars that are not on the game with the "call name" in your biography. The entrances are perfect and the graphics are great. Unlike Smackdown! Just Bring It, the commentators know when to shut up. I also like the Original Music selection. I don't like they left out the women in the game. It is like they don't have a purpose. I also dont like that only Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Vince, Steph, and created people can only be special refs. Anyway, I give this game a rating of 9.5/10

I thought when the 3rd game came out that the series couldn't get any better. However, I have been proved wrong. Shut your mouth proved to be the best wrestling game which has been released to date. Even though I have never seen Wrestlemania X8 or Raw, from what I have seen from it it looks a lot more like the real thing with improved matches and story modes, this game is top of my list. 9 out of 10

This game is pretty awesome. It is a definite improvement over the past games in the Smackdown series. Mainly in terms of gameplay. THQ has made the game feel just right. Big guys like Brock Lesnar and Kane actually move around sluggishly, but have lots of power. While smaller wrestlers like RVD can speed around the ring. There are plenty of new moves and reversals as well in the game. And many game modes too. The graphics are simply gorgeous down to the last detail. And the create-a-player has many new options. Overall, great game 9.5/10

When THQ got the rights to the WWE Games they have a great successful run with classic games.

WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth is the fourth game in the Smackdown and like the first three games before this it has hold up well to the Smackdown name.

WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth is the second game to be made on the PS2 For Wrestling Game and this one is a welcome challenger for the title of the best wrestling game on the PS2.

The Game has many great wrestlers that you can choice from. You get The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, DDP, Brock Lesnar ,Big Show, Chris Jericho, Booker T, Rob Van Dam, Kurt Angle,Shawn Michaels and others.

The game allows more match types like TLC, Cage Match, Hell In A Cell, Hardcore match, tag Team match and much more.

The Game graphics are one of a kind. The Wrestlers look like they do in real WWE Shows. The level designs are some of the best ever in a wrestling game.

The Season Mode is one of the best in wrestling games the player plays a full two years in the game where you can choice to be on RAW or Smackdown! You can even make your own Draft. You also get to make choices in all parts of the story mode

The Sound is very strong as well This one has Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler doing the play and play which is superior to the play by play in Just Bring It.

The Music has all the real themes of the WWE Superstars and great background music as well.

The Controls are the same as the first Three Games in the series which are a big help for the fans.

The Gameplay is just fun and kept getting better with all the different game modes.

Overall WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth is a great reason to play wrestling games and to have a PS2. This is one of the best wrestling games ever made

This is tied for the 2nd best in the series, another fantastic game that I always love to play!. There are lots of great new matches, and this time around I tried a lot of the different superstars!(especially Tripple H!), plus the effects are just fantastic. The season story lines are way way better then Just Bring It, because the season storyline for that was terrible!, plus you get some amusing announcing as well!. They got the entrances all down pat, and my favorite match is of course Hell In A Cell!, plus it has a cool pattern except for Just Bring it, the games get better and better as they keep adding to the series!. I still use Stone Cold and the Rock a lot of the time, but there are so many other wrestlers to try now!, plus I found it really cool, that if you bump into some wrestlers backstage, you can choose what to do or what to say to them!. This is tied for the 2nd best in the series! its another fantastic that I always love to play, and I say Go check it out now if you haven't!. ***** out of 5

smackdown! shut your mouth is one of the best playstation 2 games that has EVER been made. the graphics are the best parts of this game, the superstars look so much more realistic than in just bring it. the story line, is also really strong, because it is not nearly as repetetive as smackdown 3. another good point about this game is that certain special moves like the big boot, clothesline from hell, the spear and the gore are better because you can actually run into the person with that move, instead of standing there and doing them. i think the only downpoint to the game, is that the ring announcing isnt quite as good as the announcing on just bring it. this game has hollywood hulk hogan, booker t, brock lesnar, stone cold steve austin, and those superstars are not in smackdown 3, just bring it. i would give this game an overall rating of 9/10

I was waiting for this game quite some time.The game is good it has a lot of match types and a lot of wrestlers and more arenas to choose from.My favorate part of the game is season mode its pretty good it goes on for 2 years and has the real wwe story lines (including angle geting his hair cut)the season mode works with points u have to win matches so u can get enough points to face the champion for example if the European champion has 67 points if u make it to 67 points u can get a shot at that title.They have also made hell in a cell better u can now go outside the ring and u still are in the cell then u have to bust through the door to get out.Also u can do a lot of things through a table but still no 3D which i have been waiting for.But if u want a good game for wrestling this is it if u dont just wait until the next game which will be next november 2003 (beleive me i would get this game no wrestling fan can wait.)
