I loved this film!! About time we get to see a REAL female character in a film. She's a real person. Not a woman, not a wife, not a support blanket for the main male character. BUT A WOMAN. As I female I really appreciated this film.

Great little piece about two different people hooking up for a night of fun. She wants to paint him, he lets her. Nice comic touches by the young male performance. Exactly how someone would react. The only problem I have with this film is the female performance. It's such a great character and so well written. Problem is that the actress didn't fully take advantage of this character. Little moments where she should of shown that hint of vulnerability. Put someone like Julianne Moore in this film and it's an Oscar worthy short film. But overall it's a great looking and well written film.

This is a great short film. Nicely done. Great art direction and a finely shot film. A talented group of people got together to make this film as good at it was. An older, somewhat bitter artist takes younger factory worker man back home to her place. He thinks he's getting lucky, but she just wants to paint him. A nice talkie film that puts the visual pieces together to make you understand how things became and why they she likes and sees in him. It's like painting him is more intimate than sex. Nice performance by the guy who brought a nice comic touch to the film. The girl was a bit reserved, perhaps too much. But she did her job. If she just chose to take the next step and not be so guarded when opportunities came for her to, then I would of given this film a 10 out of 10.

This was a very well shot film. A very well acted film too. The female lead seemed like a tour de force kind of role. Guy picks up older woman ready for a good time, but she has other things in mind. This movie scared me being a guy. But I sat back and figured what it was all about. They are talking so they can learn from each other. Highly recommended short film. You wonder where it's going and then you understand that it's a slice of life. Good to see a woman in control of a man in a film. Don't see that often really!!! And in life that's how things usually are. Come on, when it comes to sex, the woman is usually always in control of the situation.
