Kate tells Rafe that Stefano threatened to kill her and that Sami was a witness to the threat. Sami goes along with Kate's story and even adds that Stefano called Kate a whore. Rafe goes to the D.A. with Kate's story and the D.A. agrees to put Kate and Sami on the stand to testify. After Rafe leaves, Kate and Sami discuss their story.
