Mason manages to stop the car but Evelyn is angry with him and walks away. Leah and Zac find themselves missing each other but soon have to act responsible again when Mason tells Alf and Leah what's going on. Tori gets chatting to Duncan but is evasive when he wants to talk to Duncan and later when he tells her the theory of a faulty exhaust filling the cabin with fumes. Brody comes home and has another dream of himself as Bart hearing Kate arguing with Decker, thinking he was asleep. He says nothing to Justin but asks Mason if he remembers her arguing with anyone. Justin suggests to Tori that they relax the rules on relationships, since their lives are never going to change, but Tori doesn't think she can have a relationship without honesty. Evelyn swims out of her depth to try and attract Oscar's attention but ends up falling beneath the waves.
