This is an odd little documentary that might be seen as an example of guerrilla film-making. That is where a tiny budget and crew just show up at a location and begin filming--a relatively common technique of independent filming. But, in an interesting twist, the subject of the film is actually ALSO an example of the guerrilla philosophy. Without permits, planning or anything resembling organization, a group of Chicago college students began an impromptu dodge-ball league played in the streets at a variety of locations. Because they aren't hurting anyone, the games have been allowed (in a smart move by the police) and have taken on a life of their own.

Overall, an oddly compelling film about some unconventional people made in a most unconventional manner
