Aside from Yuri Boyka (Scott Adkins) the only other person to physically reprise his role from more than two Undisputed film's is Valentin Ganev as Wardon Markov, although he is only Credited as "Warden" in this entry, it can be assumed that he is still portraying the same Character.
Legendary action director Isaac Florentine, who directed both Undisputed 2: Last Man Standing (2006) and Undisputed 3: Redemption (2010), was unable to return to direct this installment due to the tragic passing of his wife, but he remained on the project as a producer.
