This movie is a very small step forward toward honestly acknowledge history as it really is. Previously, nationalists are demonized because they were the enemy of communist, and as a result, the positive deeds accomplished by nationalist soldiers were ignored. This movie symbolize the final beginning of recognizing the positive deeds accomplished by nationalists soldiers because just like any group of people, there are difference between each individual members, some are good and some are bad, the good cannot be denied simply because there are bads.
