Nico Rife Nico Rife - Vince
Sean Piwowar Sean Piwowar - Frank, the Godfather
Jonathan D. Thomas Jonathan D. Thomas - Michael

Though initially posted on the director's Vimeo account, the video has since been removed. Fortunately, the film still survives in the form of an unlisted YouTube Video.

Despite being the tagline of the film, the line "Was it worth it, Frank?" is never spoken. In fact, it is Frank (Sean Piwowar) that says "Was it worth it?" Whether or not this discrepancy was an intentional artistic choice is still unknown.

The script was completely rewritten and the roles recast several times, leaving previous actors with no pay or invitations back, even when they had spent time working on the film.

The film was originally created for an English audience with complete spoken English dialogue. However, during post-production, an effort was made to reduce the cringiness of the acting by dubbing the English with Japanese lines stolen from the original 1954 Japanese Godzilla film.

What really sets this film apart from the others is the amazing cinematography, combined with breathtaking visuals and incredible voice acting. Frank's actor does an incredible job depicting life in a mafia, and the conclusion to the piece leaves you chilled with one final question. Was it worth it Frank?

While watching the move I couldn't help but notice that the sync between the actors mouth movement and the audio sounded off. Also for some reason all of the characters sounded like the same person to me. Maybe this was a stylistic choice, like Anomalisa. After watching this cinematic master-piece, I often find other moves lacking in comparison. Out of all of the movie I have watched this one by far has the best diction and syntax. The script was truly made by a mastermind that has yet to be recognized by the world; anyone who hates on this movies truly lacks in the intellectual capacity to fully analyse this piece of art.

Metwally's sharp directorial expertise is matched only by the mastery with which the actors take on their roles. Nguyen's cinematography perfectly emulates Japanese films of old, particularly those of Kurosawa. Great debut film for Director Metwally and Actors Rife and Piwowar.

This movie is great, too bad they didn't include one of the greatest up and coming actors of this generation, John Thomas. If only they had replaced Nico with him :(
