The Best of Tammy Sands (2014) Online

I was disheartened to hear Dana Vespoli and her actresses all agreeing in a BTS for a Chanel Santini TS showcase DVD that non-story "pure chemistry" scenes were superior to what could be portrayed in porn in a character-driven show. That now-conventional wisdom is what drives the career of camerawoman/director Tammy Sands, who supplies all-sex content to the otherwise story & character-driven Lesbian Cinema label Girlfriends Films.

Here we have a dozen vignettes compiled from her various releases, showing beautiful actresses banging away, mainly in bed. They look great in their varied sets of lingerie, but devoid (on purpose) of any context it becomes boring and generic in a hurry.

Sure, the chemistry is there in several of the match-ups, but that is not enough, especially when all of these performers have so many similar (or nearly identical) scenes on their resumes. They're mostly big names, and the only real variation is the final vignette, which presents a threesome for a change: Aaliyah Love, Abigail Mac and Marie McCray reliving a wild night before, as Sands cross-cuts between morning sex and slightly inebriated last night's action.
