The cearence (born in Ceará in the Northeast of Brazil) Severino arrives in São Paulo seeking a job. When he meets the butcher Flávio in a park, he offers a piece of the sausage he made and brought from Ceará and Flávio likes it and invites Severino to work at his butcher shop. Flávio lodges Severino in a room at home and his wife Beth has a sex drive on her husband's employee.
