A Vietnam veteran returns home after 5 years in psychiatric care after suffering from traumatic experiences, giving him severe PTSD. As he discusses his potential suicide with his closest friends, a meteorite strikes by. Figuring that this is the chance to finally end his life, he runs towards the radioactive meteorite, and his friends pursue him. Upon his arrival to the alien object, he discovers a bullet inside of the meteorite. He instantly has a severe flashback to his time in Vietnam and sees his best friend being shot by that same bullet.
