The opening scene jumps forward in time 15 months to July 16,1945. After that it returns back to 1944, 3 days after the events of the first season finale.
The real name of Richard Schiff's character (Occam) is revealed as "Avram Fischer".
Actress Alexia Fast does not return for the second season. The character is written out of the show. A body double is used in the few scenes of her departure with no speaking lines.
William Petersen joins the show and is credited as a new series regular following the departures of former regulars Daniel Stern and Alexia Fast.
Although in the opening credits regular John Benjamin Hickey does not appear.
