Cam says she can't date her daughter's gynecologist, but in the episode where she starts dating him, her daughter is freaked out and says she needs to get a new gynecologist, so he would no longer be her doctor. Also, Cam's daughter moved away for college, so she probably got a doctor where she now lives.
