Mondo movie expert Nick Pinkerton is interviewed about the genre, which got its highest popularity with the release of FACES OF DEATH. Pinkerton talks about that movie as well as the ones that started it all including MONDO CANE and GOODBYE UNCLE TOM before getting into films like TRACES OF DEATH and THE KILLING OF America. This featurette is an extra on THE KILLING OF America release so there's a lot of discussion on that film and how it was pretty much forgotten until here recently when the violence in the American streets started to become a subject again. Fans of the mondo movies will certainly enjoy the interview has Pinkerton comes across with some nice stories and he's certainly easy to listen to.
