When I saw the sniper, what I saw was a teen doing the best he could. For a teenager, this was an incredible short to put together. Through the cinematography to the music, it seemed very well planned out. The cinematography was just amazing. I really liked the medium shots at well as the close ups between the two snipers. In addition, I really enjoyed the plot of the two snipers who were brothers. It adds a certain twist and awesomeness to the story. I really wish this movie was a feature film to see a bigger plot between the two snipers. They just seemed to really have that chemistry that people like. I also enjoyed the production design, which gave the whole movie a 1800 feel. I definitely want to see more from this guy!

I just finished watching this on YouTube today. I have some good and things that can be worked on in the future in case you make more, which you should! Not a bad film it shows that you put a lot of effort into it which I respect. Although, being the movie reviewer that I am, I do have some flaws. The story is lacking, I personally did not feel for any characters or relate to them but it is well filmed, good cinematography, great set, and good directing. Just some constructive criticism but good job for your directorial debut. Looking forward to seeing your next film. Maybe one day we could do a collaboration video -Bailey Stimpson

A good quality with the camera and a handful of the shots, however i felt the voice acting was a little monotone, the two snipers we abit hard to tell apart from each other at the start and it does feel like something is missing. i know it's hard to do a story in a short film but know some of the characters motives would of been nice, the sniper sound effect was a bit ehh and the overall sound wasn't very good but doesn't really take much away from the experience in total, the face expressions at the very end could've been done a lot better to add weight to the act about to happen, good camera shots; a impressive short film. 8/10 would like to see more in the future.

Just not good. I did not like that the characters did not have a lot of depth to them. I know that the film had very little dialogue, but still some of the character's personalities, pasts, and problems should have been shown through cinematic techniques. The music was very dramatic, and at some points did not match up with what was happening on the screen. Overall, I was expecting much better from Gabriel Jeffrey Fowler. He is what, 12, maybe 13 years old? What a talent for someone so young. My review is critical because I believe that growth comes from learning from mistakes. For a seventh grader, this was very good. For a real film to be taken seriously, it was tragically horrible.
