Having watched the first three episodes back to back in hopes the season would pick up was nothing more than 3 times the disappointment. This season thus far is all about girl power, it's slow, predictable and feels more like an afternoon soap opera than a syfy mutant/superhero hit series. . Just when you think the shows about to pick up and make sense it falls short in almost all aspects. Season two's antagonist Reeva Payge played by Grace Byers has to much screen time, is far from frightening rather is just annoying. Its Anika Calhoun Byers character from the hit show Empire only with mutant powers, lame unexplained powers at that! Amy Acker's character Kate Strucker is poorly written she serves little purpose other than hysterics. There is a sexual tension between some of the characters that shouldn't be there, it's kind of creepy. I'll watch a few more episodes before I toss in the towel. One can only hope the best wasn't left on the cutting room floor.

As a big fan of the X-Men and after enjoying the majority of Season 1,Season 2 has reached the end of the line of entertainment, the characters are all the same mutants or not,had to turn this episode off half way through,it feels like it was wrote by a teenager who's sat and watched Cartoon Network and Dr Who for 48 hours solid
