Fusion Project - NEW YORK, Feb 18, 2014 - Two of the most exciting young artists in their own genres are launching the blueprint of multi-project collaboration throughout 2014. Master Painter Henry Asencio will be painting couture gowns of BlacMéra's designer, Yuliana Candra, in front of live audience in three different cities: Sarasota, New York, and Nassau. The painting will be auctioned off for various causes supporting women and young girls, including Girls, Inc. and The American Heart Association. The trilogy series of events will be documented by Josh Gillick, former PBS Art Director whose work includes Emmy-winning shows Real Science and Return to the Valley. This fashion documentary film highlights the creation and the transformation process of the couture fashion masterpieces and the paintings from raw to finish, as well as the collaboration process between the two creative minds and why they dedicate this year-long project to women.
