This is the shortest of the three featurettes on the DVD of 28 Weeks Later, just barely reaching 7 minutes. And just like the other two, this is unfocused, and only somewhat about what it claims to be, albeit this is probably the one that does best of the 3. It consists of behind-the-scenes footage, interviews and clips from films(for once, mercifully, not irritatingly and obnoxiously overstylized). This is also, I guess on account of its title, the dumping ground for a couple of the lead actors(one of them going so far as to unfortunately point what several of us who remember Romero's slow but equally determined zombies... namely, that these running ones of recent years are silly) doing impersonations of The Infected, as useless, awkward and relatively unfunny as those are. The subject is the preparations that the performers went through, all of them from athletic and gymnast backgrounds and such, to handle the extensive movements and agility required on a day-to-day basis during shooting. They talk about the make-up, costumes and the likes. In the end, there is way too little actual information compared to its length in this. There is disturbing content and bloody, brutal violence in this. I recommend this only to big fans of the movies. 6/10
