Violet poses the hypothetical question to Cooper, "if Charolette was raped and got pregnant by her rapist, how would you feel?" (trying to figure out what to do about her patient pregnant by a rapist.) In Season 4, a major plot line is the fact the Charolette was attacked and raped.
