Liu Sung Fu, commissioner from China to the Panama Pacific International Exposition, comes to San Francisco with $20,000 worth of robes to be worn on state occasions. Vast mountain of coal is piled along docks near Norfolk, Virginia, to supply Europe with fuel. Guards patrol this mountain night and day to guard against fires. Harry K.
