It is the second film adaptation to have a female Ghost of Christmas Present after the 1997 direct-to-video animated film version of A Christmas Carol (1997).
It is the final installment of the entire "All Dogs Go to Heaven" series.
This animated musical film serves as a finale of All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series (1996).
This animated musical film is a religious fantasy adaptation of Charles Dickens' 1843 beloved holiday novel.
Belladonna is referred as a "witch" by her cousin Annabelle, but she is more accurately a demon. Unlike witches and wizards, demons are immortal. Annabelle may have really meant demon, but wanted to use "witch" as an expression.
When Charlie sucks Carface into one more dream as the Spirit of Christmas Future, he dons a yellow outfit which happens to be a striking resemblance to Mask (1994) before he sings the Gospel-style musical number "Clean Up Your Act" with angelic dogs (excluding Annabelle) and demonic dogs (excluding Belladonna) to make Carface realize where his actions will take him eventually if he does not change from being naughty to nice.
