A fairy tale about a young girl who loses both of her parents, and the consequences of her grief. This "mythology" of Dahlia follows her own private journey, through loss.

The project was inspired by Andrew Bird's "On Ho," off the album "Noble Beasts." His work - with the expressed permission/consent of his representatives - is featured towards the end of the short. The actual piano melody, whilst also inspired by Bird's "On Ho," was composed and performed by the filmmaker.
