The character name Brenner is a nod to legendary actor Yul Brenner.
Each main character has a color hue. Curtis is red, Dallas is purple or white, Pony is green, Johnny is Blue.
All of main characters are named after the Outsiders: Johnny, Dallas, Pony, & Curtis.
Curtis' apartment in the movie was actually actor/director Jett Jansen's apartment. He has since moved from that apartment.
One of the dojo locations in the film was also the dojo for the Cobra Kai in The Karate Kid.
A scene is shot in front of a giant gorrilla to symbolize gorilla filmmaking.
Due to scheduling conflicts up to 5 different people played John and Pony behind the camera.
Actor/director Jett Jansen sprained his ankle twice and hyperexdended his shoulder joint during filming.
Due to the "one shot-no cut" nature of the Dallas fight scene in the terrorist apartment the scene was shot with only one camera and took 35 takes.
The stunt team is made up of the same crew that stunt doubles for Henry Cavil, Kevin James, Justin Chadwick, and Chadwick Boseman.

EASTER EGG: The editor is seen holding the STreet Shadows harddrive with a face drawn on it. We see Johnny drawing the face earlier in the script.
All of the trainers in the film play themselves and are world class experts in their field.
Due to the found footage nature of the film, saying the standard "cut" at the end of a take was not possible. Instead, a word had to be used that was so strange it would immediately let the cast and crew know the take was over. Actor/Director Jett Jansen decided to use the word 'flindarp' as a tribute to Coneheads.
The comic book Curtis is reading in the beginning of the movie is Parkour vs Zombies, which was written by the film's director, Jett Jansen.
During the training montage Curtis does a crane kick in front of a building. That building was the location for the Coba Kai dojo in The Karate Kid.
The knife used in the fight against Apache Mike is the same knife used in the movie Race War, during a fight scene involving the same actors (Jett Jansen & Travis Parker). The knife belongs to the producer of both films, Sean Hampton.
In the Curtis wall monologue scene in front of the graffiti wall...all streets shadows colors are in the shot
